If you have a child attending preschool, please indicate the schedule you have chosen for them. Three year old options are any two or three days (T, W, Th) and four year old options are any two-five days (M, T, W, Th, F).

Please mail your registration fee to the school, along with your "out of parish subsidy" form if applicable. We are excited to begin a new year of growth with your child(ren) in the Fall! If your family is new to SPPS, you will receive confirmation of your acceptance to SPPS during a phone call with administration after your application is reviewed.
