If you are unfamiliar with the Y Be Fit internship, please read the following description.
Y Be Fit interns work in a variety of ways to help improve the health of their clients.  On a daily basis, interns perform exercise testing and coach clients in half hour sessions.  Their main purpose is to help motivate and educate clients to make healthy lifestyle changes.  Interns also play a heavy role in processing paperwork and other office responsibilities under minimal supervision.
