We, the undersigned residents of Warren County, do hereby petition the Board of County Commissioners, Warren County, Ohio, to extend sewer to the property of St. Zachary's Haven. Sewer would enable St. Zachary's Haven to fulfill its mission as a non-profit, sober living farm that provides men and women suffering from addiction a safe and supportive environment to continue the restorative process after being released from treatment programs.
