I give permission for the students's photos and photo/name release for Korean school. I have read the following "Liabilities Release Confirmation" and I waive my rights to take any legal action against school and/or its staff. Liabilities Release Confirmation: The staff of this school will do their best as sure all possible safety measures for your child while in school. However, the school will not assume any liability incurring during the school period.
