The Blue and White Fair is held each year to help classes raise funds. The funds are used to help pay for extras. (Classroom activities, Class field trips, May Day Attire and etc.)

Booth Fees:
Booth Fee of $25 is payable in advance to Pa‘auilo School (non- refundable).
Food Truck Fee is 10% of total sales at the Blue and White Fair.

As a Vendor at the Blue and White Fair, I understand that Pa‘auilo School is appreciative if vendors donate a percentage of sales. I understand that at the end of the fair I will need to be cashed out (exchange scrips for cash at the school office before leaving). I will act as an independent contractor and will at no time hold Pa‘auilo School liable for any of my business transaction or damages to my goods or property. I will be responsible to provide my own 10 x10 tent, tables, and chair. I am responsible for my own set up (7:30 am) and cleaning up of my area at closing time (2:00 pm). Drop off zone is below the school office and parking is on the big field.
