Warhawks 2023-2024 Form
Welcome to the 2023-2024 Tryouts Registration for our Fall 2023 || Winter 2023/2024 || Summer 2024 Warhawks Teams!  We're excited to have you tryout for one of our teams.  We will be facilitating a team of 18-20 Warhawks for each of the following graduation years in the upcoming year:
  • Warhawks 2024
  • Warhawks 2025
  • Warhawks 2026
  • Warhawks 2027
  • Warhawks 2028
  • Warhawks 2029
Boys trying out for these teams will be attending the following tournaments in 2023-2024 and we do require a full year commitment to the team:
  • Rendezvous Tournament in Utah || End of October 2023
  • Adrenaline's Blackjack Tournament in Las Vegas, Nevada || December 2 & 3, 2023
  • Adrenaline's Arizona Rise Tournament in Mesa, Arizona || January 20 & 21, 2024
  • Ski Town in Heber, Utah || June 2024
  • Aloha in Salt Lake City, Utah || June 2024
  • Adrenaline Park City Shootout || June 2024

We are holding our tryouts on July 7th for graduation years 2027, 2028 and 2029 on July 7th from 6-8PM @ Westlake High School on the turf. 

We are holding our tryouts on July 8th for graduation years 2024, 2025 and 2026 on Saturday, July 8th from 10AM - 12PM @ Westlake High School on the turf.  

You can pay the $25 tryout fee in one of two ways:  1) You can Venmo to @warhawks-lc or 2) you can pay the registration online at https://www.warhawkslc.com/store/p24/July_2o23%2F2024_Tryout.html#/.  

After you have filled out this form, please complete payment in one of those two ways.  We look forward to seeing all of you there!  If you are unavailable but interested in trying out for our teams, please e-mail us at warhawkslc@gmail.com to set-up an evaluation.
