The Student Handbook is based on the Pelham Public Schools Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct outlines the rules and regulations of the school district as mandated by the State of New York. It is the Code of Conduct that regulates policy as it pertains to acceptable behavior. This Student Handbook is designed to be a user’s guide to the Code of Conduct and a reference guide for informational purposes. It is the expectation of the faculty, staff and administration of Pelham Middle School that each student and their parents will take time to review and discuss both the information contained in this Student Handbook as well as the Code of Conduct available on the District's website.
