Wine & Food Celebration - Drink Vendor Contract

Ozarks Public Television will provide:
• Eight foot tables (according to your selection)
• Tablecloths/Skirting
• Ice bins and water as needed
Drink Vendors must provide:
• Drink samples for at least 500 people
• Volunteers to pour drink samples (limit of 4 staff per table)
• Dump buckets

You will be invoiced for the amount owed once your contract is received. Table fees are due by Oct. 1, 2024.

DELIVERY/SETUP/PARKING DETAILS:
• Setup for the event begins on Saturday, Oct. 12 at 10 am. Vendors must be set up and ready to serve by 12:45 pm
• To unload, use either the rear entrance or the short-term, curbside spaces available out front. After unloading, move your vehicle to the overflow parking lot.

AGREEMENTS
By completing this registration, you are confirming that your organization carries commercial liability insurance covering your business activities, including but not limited to your organization’s participation in this event.  Additionally, you are agreeing that you, and the volunteers acting on your behalf, will assist OPT in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests by following OPT’s directions throughout the event, providing only sample-sized portions of product, and immediately reporting any concerns to responsible staff.
