AR2-D2 App - Research Access Application

This data is owned by University of Washington and licensed out under the terms of the University License Agreement for Academic Use of the App. To be granted access to AR2-D2, you must agree to the terms and conditions of that Agreement.

Terms & Conditions 

SUMMARY:

Under the following Agreement, University of Washington grants You the right to use AR2D2. The Agreement provides that:

The data and all form of usage provided by AR2D2 is for non-commercial academic use only. 
-You are prohibited from attempting to identify the address or owner of the app to which the data pertains.
-You are not permitted to use any AR2-D2 software embedded in the data for any purpose other than accessing the data.
-You are prohibited from using the data to create any online experience similar to any product or service of AR2D2 offered and release it to the iOS application store. 
-You should not release and distribute any version of AR2D2 to anyone.

AGREEMENT:

This University of Washington User License Agreement for Academic Use of AR2D2 (“Agreement”) is between University of Washington. (“University of Washington”) and you or the entity that you represent (collectively, “You”), and governs Your use of the AR2D2 (defined below). If You represent an entity, You represent and warrant that You are fully authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of such entity. We hold all rights to reject the application if there is any missing or conflicting information in the application. 

PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, OR BY USING AR2D2, YOU SIGNIFY YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES CONTAINED OR REFERENCED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND YOU AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS FULLY ENFORCEABLE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE FOREGOING AND SUCH TERMS, CONDITIONS AND/OR NOTICES, YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE THE AR2D2
