Fall 2023 | CAMP Study Hall Request Form

Dear CAMP Scholars, 

Try to complete your five (5) hours of Study Hall on a weekly basis to avoid feeling overwhelmed. To be successful you should treat each session of Study Hall as a class session or work schedule. There will be Holidays that will overlap with your Study Hall session, plan ahead and reschedule that session. Furthermore, there will be emergencies that you will need to attend to, when you encounter a similar situation go ahead and reschedule the session you had to miss.

INSTRUCTIONS & REQUIREMENTS

NOTE: This form is intended for one session or sessions with consecutive hours.
(ex. 9am-11am). 

  • Missed hours can only be made up the following week due to space limitations. 
  • Erika Madrigal will try to accommodate your request if the Study Hall Request Form is submitted by Friday at 12:00 p.m. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email from Erika Madrigal confirming if there is availability for your request or will provide an alternative if she sees one.
