Hello South Families,

As we continue to face the impact of COVID-19 in our school community, we want to be as prepared as possible if the need ever arises for us to take advantage of remote learning.  Please complete the survey below, so that we can properly evaluate the need for devices to be provided for use at home.  Please note, this survey is only to be completed for the families of students at South, as this same information will be collected for each school separately.
