KLAUZULA INFORMACYJNA
Fundacja im. Stefana Batorego z siedzibą w Warszawie (ul. Sapieżyńska 10) prowadzi w konsorcjum z Fundacją Pracownia Badań i Innowacji Społecznych „Stocznia” z siedzibą w Warszawie (Plac Zamkowy 10) i Fundacją Akademia Organizacji Obywatelskich program Aktywni Obywatele – Fundusz Krajowy, finansowany ze środków Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego (zwany dalej „Programem”).
Ww. podmioty są współadministratorami w rozumieniu art. 26 Ogólnego Rozporządzenia o Ochronie Danych („RODO”) w stosunku do wszelkich danych osobowych związanych z realizacją Programu. Oznacza to, że wspólnie określają cele i sposoby przetwarzania Twoich danych osobowych.

Podmioty te dalej będą zwane łącznie „Współadministratorami”.
Współadministratorzy ustanowili wspólny punkt kontaktowy w zakresie realizacji praw osób, których dane dotyczą w związku z przetwarzaniem ich danych osobowych: RODO@aktywniobywatele.org.pl.

Ponadto, poniżej zamieszczone są dane kontaktowe każdego ze Współadministratorów:

Twoje dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w celu zapewnienia Ci możliwości uczestnictwa w spotkaniu informacyjnym o programie Aktywni Obywatele – Fundusz Krajowy, a także w celu kontaktowania się z Tobą w tej sprawie oraz w celach dokumentacyjnym i archiwizacyjnym związanym z realizacją programu Aktywni Obywatele - Fundusz Krajowy (tj. na podstawie prawnie uzasadnionego interesu Współadministratorów w postaci realizacji Programu (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO)) i w celu wypełnienia obowiązku prawnego ciążącego na administratorze (tj. art. 6 ust. 1 lit c) RODO.

Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, ale konieczne dla zapewnienia Ci uczestnictwa w spotkaniu informacyjnym o programie Aktywni Obywatele – Fundusz Krajowy.

Współadministratorzy mogą  utrwalić Twój wizerunek podczas realizacji programu na potrzeby udokumentowania realizacji Programu. Organizator może opublikować wizerunki Uczestników i Uczestniczek w Internecie w celach promocyjnych na podstawie swojego prawnie uzasadnionego interesu.

Współadministratorzy będą przetwarzać Twoje dane osobowe wyłącznie przez okres konieczny do osiągnięcia celów ich gromadzenia, tj. przez okres potrzebny do organizacji spotkania informacyjnego o programie Aktywni Obywatele – Fundusz Krajowy i odpowiedniej archiwizacji/dokumentacji tego wydarzenia. Dane osobowe są udostępniane sobie nawzajem przez Współadministratorów w ramach wspólnej realizacji spotkania informacyjnego o programie Aktywni Obywatele – Fundusz Krajowy.

Twoje dane osobowe będą przekazane Biuru Mechanizmów Finansowych w Brukseli. Masz prawo żądać dostępu do swoich danych osobowych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych.
Przysługuje Ci również skarga do właściwego organu nadzorczego, tj. do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (adres: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

Każdy ze Współadministratorów dokłada  należytej  staranności,  by  zapewnić  bezpieczeństwo  przetwarzania Twoich danych osobowych. Współadministratorzy zawarli porozumienie, na mocy którego określili zakres swojej odpowiedzialności w stosunku do obowiązków wynikających z RODO. Poniżej znajduje się zasadnicza treść tych uzgodnień:

Każdy administrator jest odpowiedzialny za kwestie związane z ochroną danych osobowych w zakresie części programu Aktywni Obywatele – Fundusz Krajowy, do której wykonywania jest zobowiązany na podstawie umowy z innymi administratorami. Tym samym, podmiot odpowiedzialny za poszczególne kwestie wobec Ciebie zależy od obszaru Programu, którego dotyczy wydarzenie:
1) Podmiotem odpowiedzialnym za obowiązki informacyjne (Art. 13-14 RODO), wykonywanie praw osób, których dane dotyczą (Art. 15-22 RODO) i pozostałe obowiązki wynikające z RODO w związku z realizacją programu w obszarach  „Ochrona praw człowieka i równe traktowanie” oraz „Wzmocnienie grup narażonych na wykluczenie” jest Fundacja im. Stefana Batorego.
2) Podmiotem odpowiedzialnym za obowiązki informacyjne (Art. 13-14 RODO), wykonywanie praw osób, których dane dotyczą (Art. 15-22 RODO) i pozostałe obowiązki wynikające z RODO w związku z realizacją programu w obszarze „Angażowanie obywateli i obywatelek w sprawy publiczne i działania społeczne” jest Fundacja Pracownia Badań i Innowacji Społecznych Stocznia.
3) Podmiotem odpowiedzialnym za obowiązki informacyjne (Art. 13-14 RODO), wykonywanie praw osób, których dane dotyczą (Art. 15-22 RODO) i pozostałe obowiązki wynikające z RODO w związku z realizacją programu w obszarze „Wsparcie rozwoju sektora obywatelskiego” jest Fundacja Akademia Organizacji Obywatelskich.
Niezależnie od powyższych uzgodnień, możesz wykonywać przysługujące prawa wynikające z RODO wobec każdego ze Współadministratorów.

INFORMATION CLAUSE
The Stefan Batory Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw (10 Sapieżyńska Street) runs the Active Citizens - National Fund programme, financed by the European Economic Area (hereinafter referred to as the "Programme") in consortium with the Pracownia Badań i Innowacji Społecznych "Stocznia" Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw (10 Castle Square) and the Akademia Organizacji Obywatelskich Foundation.
The above mentioned entities are co-administrators within the meaning of Article 26 of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPA") for all personal data related to the implementation of the Programme. This means that they jointly determine the purposes and means of processing your personal data.

These entities will hereinafter jointly be referred to as "Joint Controllers".
The Joint Controllers have established a single point of contact for the exercise of data subjects' rights in relation to the processing of their personal data: RODO@aktywniobywatele.org.pl.

Your personal data will be processed in order to provide you with the opportunity to participate in an information meeting about the Active Citizens - National Fund programme, to contact you in this matter and for documentation and archiving purposes related to the implementation of the Active Citizens - National Fund programme (i.e. on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Co-Ministrators in the implementation of the Programme (Article 6(1)(f) of the COO) and to fulfil the legal obligation of the administrator (Article 6(1)(c) of the COO).

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to ensure your participation in the information meeting about the Active Citizens - National Fund programme.

Co-administrators can consolidate your image during the implementation of the programme to document the implementation of the programme. The organiser may publish images of Participants and Participants on the Internet for promotional purposes based on their legitimate interest.

The Co-Ministrators will only process your personal data for the period necessary to achieve the objectives of their collection, i.e. for the period necessary to organise an information meeting about the Active Citizens - National Fund programme and to properly archive/document this event. Your personal data will be shared with each other by the Joint Controllers as part of the joint implementation of the Active Citizens - National Fund information meeting.

Your personal data will be forwarded to the Financial Mechanism Office in Brussels. You have the right to request access to your personal data, to rectify, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data.
You are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Each of the Joint Controllers shall exercise due diligence to ensure the security of the processing of your personal data. The Joint Controllers have entered into an agreement under which they have defined the scope of their responsibilities in relation to the obligations arising from the TRADB. Below is the main content of these agreements:

Each controller is responsible for data protection issues in respect of the Active Citizens - National Fund part of the programme, which it is obliged to perform under an agreement with other controllers. Thus, the entity responsible for individual issues towards you depends on the area of the Programme to which the event relates:
1) The entity in charge of information obligations (Art. 13-14 of the PCF), exercise of data subjects' rights (Art. 15-22 of the PCF) and other obligations resulting from the PCF in connection with the implementation of the programme in the areas of "Protection of human rights and equal treatment" and "Strengthening of groups at risk of exclusion" is the Stefan Batory Foundation.
2) The entity responsible for information obligations (Art. 13-14 PCOs), exercising the rights of data subjects (Art. 15-22 PCOs) and other obligations arising from PCOs in connection with the implementation of the programme in the area of "Involvement of citizens and women in public affairs and social activities" is the Foundation Pracownia Badań i Innowacji Społecznych Stocznia.
3) The entity responsible for information obligations (Art. 13-14 PCOs), exercise of data subjects' rights (Art. 15-22 PCOs) and other obligations arising from PCOs in connection with the implementation of the programme in the area "Support for the development of the civil sector" is the Academy of Civil Organizations Foundation.
Notwithstanding the above, you may exercise your rights under the PAC vis-à-vis any of the co-administrators.
