- vor fi 9 zile full (deleaga, fa tot ce poti ca sa ai posibilitatea sa te concentrezi pe calatorie)
- vei mai avea de completat cateva formulare (unele intrusive) ce tin de evaluarea ta de dinainte de workshop
- va trebui sa treci de evaluarea premergatoare workshop-ului. Aceasta dureaza 45 min - 1h, se poate face prin zoom si costa 100 EUR. Acesti bani se returneaza daca sunteti respins, se deduc daca sunteti acceptat, raman la noi daca sunteti acceptat dar nu faceti plata pentru atelier sau amanati cu mai mult de 6 luni participarea la Empretec Pro.

The Empretec Entrepreneurship Training Workshop (ETW) is
built on the diagnostic and fostering of ten core Personal Entrepreneurial
Competencies (PECs) of each participant of the workshop through group and
individual training techniques. These PECs were identified as common features
of all successful entrepreneurs around the world by a profound global research of David
McClelland, a leading scholar from Harvard University. The research also proved
that the PECs could be enhanced by a relevant behaviour-based training
methodology, which was developed under the leadership of Marina Fanning from
the MSI company, USA. Since the creation of the ETW more than three decades ago
in total about half a million people - established and aspiring entrepreneurs -
in America (Latin America and USA), Africa, Asia and Europe benefitted from the
Empretec methodology. ETW graduates in different countries consistently report
a higher motivation and self-confidence in their business aspirations and
