I understand that accidents and injuries may occur during sporting events, even when normal acceptable safety precautions are being followed. My child has my permission to participate in the Regina Sport Camp(s). I agree to waive and relinquish any and all claims which may arise out of, connected with, or in any way associated with the activities of the summer camp. I do hereby fully release and discharge Regina Education Center and its officers, agents and employees from any and all claims from injuries, including death, damage, or loss which my minor child may have or which may occur on account of participation in the summer camp.
