This entire form must be filled out in order to be eligible for Young Life summer camping financial need. In receiving the following information, we seek to understand your specific need to determine scholarship amounts.

We will provide opportunities for students to raise funds for their trip through our camp fundraiser in the Spring, and will do our best to provide additional financial assistance on a case by case basis.
