With high demand for private offices at the new coworking space--The Perch (a new brand for The Hub Coworking!)--we wanted to give all interested parties a chance to make their case for a private office. Filling out the application does not obligate you to accept if you are offered an office.

Current Hub members will be given priority consideration but are not guaranteed a private office. Decisions will be made within one week of receiving your form submission, so don't wait to fill it out if you're interested!

Private offices in the new space are completely private with lockable doors, soundproofing, and will be $650/month. Members are responsible for their own furnishings and have unlimited use of conference rooms and meeting spaces. If you'd like a tour of the under-construction space or to talk through the floor plans and amenities, please indicate that on the form below.
