Before proceeding please confirm that you have tried these troubleshooting options:

1. Ensure the ipad is connected to your home wifi.

2. Log into HUB and sync the device.  (tap on the Hub app, enter student credentials, tap this device, tap Sync device.)

3.  Basic troubleshooting - restart the ipad completely, close and reopen the app in question, reinstall the app in question. (https://www.apsva.us/digital-learning/digital-learning-device-help/troubleshooting-tips/).  

4.  Updating Apps is an essential step.  Please ensure that MyAccess, Teams, Canvas, Seesaw, Lexia, and other regularly used tools are updated weekly.  (Directions for updating and reinstalling apps: https://www.apsva.us/digital-learning/digital-learning-device-help/global-protect-2/)
