GENERAL INFORMATION
This form is for local community groups/organisations, sporting clubs and NFP organisations/ service providers who would like to promote their groups at the 2021 Ellenbrook and Surrounds Christmas Festival.

Allocated sites are 3x 3m and are free of charge for the above groups but all stallholders are required to provide and set up their own 3x 3m WEIGHTED (necessary safety requirement) marquee, table, chairs, and any other furniture/ equipment that they may require. If you require more space or something a little different, please give us a ring on 0433432430 to discuss!

Stallholders are strongly encouraged to make their stall as attractive and interactive possible. If you would like some ideas or suggestions for how to make your stall more engaging then please contact the Collective on the email above!
