SKIT Camp runs August 22-26 from 9:00-11:30 am and is for children ages 5-8.

Upon receipt of this form, we will email you (1) the required Emergency Medical Information form and (2) an invoice with payment instructions. Your registration will not be considered final until payment has been made.
