Welcome to our 5th year of Artisan Markets at Spirit Tree Estate Cidery. Every summer we host an outdoor artisan market right here at our award winning cidery in Caledon, Ontario to showcase unique creations by passionate artists. Spirit Tree is looking for Artisans who make what they sell. If you are one of these people and are interested in being a vendor please fill out the form below. Please do not send any money unless you have received an approval email. These events are curated by Spirit Tree and only approved vendors will be emailed. Efforts are made to not have too many vendors in each category so that everyone has the opportunity to be successful. Please fill out the dates you would be interested in being a vendor at. You do not need to
commit to all of the dates. Markets are held on the grassy area and you are responsible for bringing everything you need for your booth including tables and chairs. (there is no electrical available) You do not need a tent, but it is recommended. The ground is not level in all spots and there are some rocks that we need to deal with. (It is what it is). Spirit Tree has a wonderful vibe and in addition to you as a vendor, that is part of what makes these markets amazing!! We are hoping to have live music at each event as well. So if you know of someone who might be interested please feel free to let us know.
Note: Incomplete applications will not be looked at. Simply putting your name with your number
and dates you are interested in is not sufficient information.
Fee is:
ZONE A FEE $95/event
ZONE B FEE $80 / event
(Zone A is in front of the Bandstand, Zone B is grassy area behind the bandstand and will have additional signage)
Once you have been approved an email will be sent with payment information. Prior to each
event social media information will be sent out for you to use on your social media sites. When
payment is sent your business name and dates must be included in the comments section of
your etransfer.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancel 2 months prior to market date. Cancellation must be
sent via email to hockleydesigns@gmail.com. 50% refund if cancelled 31 days prior to the
market date. ie. if a market is scheduled for May 25, an email must be sent no later than April
24. Within one month of a market, no refunds will be given.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted on site at Spirit Tree Estate Cidery. If you need to
smoke please do so at the driveway entrance.
Weather Policy: Our events are Rain or Shine and it is your responsibility to come prepared. If
we have lightening on the day of, the protocol will be to head in to the cidery or your vehicle. All
tents must be properly secured to avoid moving or blowing away during wind events.
Social Media Policy: Spirit Tree will maintain active social media posts to promote the craft
market and its vendors. We encourage the other vendors to do so as well. To ensure that we
have a unity of voice and a positive image, we ask that vendors refrain from posting any negative
or derogatory posts on social media directly related to the Spirit Tree Craft market. Any
concerns or feedback should be discussed privately between the vendors and Spirit Tree, not on
social media.

Tearing down early will not be tolerated and you will likely not be invited back.
