The Jr. Eagles Basketball program is typically able to offer teams for boys and girls, grades 2 thru 8. Teams will participate in the CNR Basketball league with games played on Saturday (8am - 8pm) or Sunday (8am - 8pm), September - early March.
The FALL session will run early September thru late October. The WINTER session will start with games in late October and run thru early March.
Players will participate in a "Player Evaluation" in late August or early September to allow coaches the opportunity to see all of the players at a particular grade level. The coaches of that grade level will then make the decision on how to roster the players to teams.
Costs associated with your child's team will merely be passed thru to the participating families. Costs will include game fees (CNR Basketball charges $80 per game per team), practice fees (Wentzville School District will likely charge us a $30 per hour gym rental fee), uniform costs (Reversible jersey and shorts - $90), pro-rata share of our Insurance fees and TeamSnap fees. Fees will be due before the first game of each session.
Practices - Teams will practice 2x per week (Monday - Thursday) at a Wentzville School District elementary, middle or high school.
It's always the program's goal to offer a team for anyone interested in participating. That being said, we are limited in practice space and available coaches. We will know in late July what kind of access we will have to Wentzville School District gyms for practice purposes.
