Anonymous CS Department Feedback
THANK YOU for taking the time to provide your feedback to the CS Department. This feedback form is anonymous for your benefit. If you wish your feedback to remain anonymous, please do not share identifying information in your comments.

The purpose of this form is for Puget Sound students to provide feedback (both positive and negative) to the CS department, which among others topics, may include anything related to:

(1) Student culture and community
(2) Student academic experience
(3) Classroom environment and management
(4) Tutoring
(5) Faculty-student interaction

Comments on an instructor's pedagogical choices or teaching style that are specific to a particular course are perhaps best expressed on the end-of-semester Student Evaluation Forms. Academic concerns such as suggestions for course offerings or requests for academic accommodation should be discussed with your advisor instead.

If you have experienced harassment within the department, you are welcome to report your experiences here anonymously. However, this is not an avenue for formal Title IX harassment reports, and we are limited in what we can do to resolve a problem without additional details. Title IX reporting options are described in more detail here: https://www.pugetsound.edu/about/title-ix-eoo/.

We take your feedback seriously. The comments submitted via this form will be read roughly every two weeks by one member of the computer science faculty, but will potentially be shared with the rest of the faculty members when appropriate. Your comments will be most helpful if they include constructive suggestions about potential remedies for issues of concern. Thank you!
