Welcome to St Patrick’s Cultural program of 2024.

The purpose of our program is to nurture and develop the artistic/creative talent of our students by performing as various ensembles, under the tutelage of professional directors. We also aim to engage with the wider community, and share with the public the wide variety of talents that our colleges have to offer. 

The Cultural Program consists of the following ensembles – Choir, Concert Band, Concert Percussion, Dance Troupe, Drum Corps, Handbell Ensemble, Stage Band and Strings Ensemble. Students who commit to participating in these ensembles will be required to attend weekly rehearsals at the times and locations specified in the Acceptance to Cultural Ensembles Section.

If a rehearsal commitment cannot be met (eg. another commitment, sickness), prior notification must be given directly to the teacher-in-charge via email or via Google Classroom. If three rehearsals are missed without a valid reason, it may result in the Ensemble member being asked to reconsider their membership.

Transport to and from these rehearsals and performances is to be arranged via Parents/Guardians. Students who are rehearsing across both campuses, must make their own way to the venue in the morning, however will be offered transport back to the relevant campus via the College bus.
