After an incredibly helpful mid-year client survey, we've decided to make gathering client feedback, an ongoing initiative.

We want to monitor and measure, YOUR opinion on a monthly basis, of how well we're doing in our 3 key areas of service:
1) Fitness Coaching
2) Nutrition Coaching
3) Client Care / Customer service
