What is your experience to date with circle work, coaching, guiding, or facilitation - as a participant and also if applicable as a guide?  What specific circles / programs / communities have you participated in or do you consider yourself a part of? Note - having experience guiding or facilitating is not a prerequisite.  
How do you see that this program would support you in moving toward your goals at this time? 
Being part of this program is a big commitment - participants must be ready to show up as fully as possible.  We are a compassionate and loving community, AND showing up with presence, on time, and ready to hold sacred space together is essential.

Your commitments will include: 
-Attendance at all three retreats
-Participating in online group calls every two weeks
-Participating in 1-1 peer coaching relationships throughout the program
-Supporting other participants as they pilot their offerings and with ongoing accountability and encouragement throughout the 9 months
-Most importantly, bringing your full attention, sincerity and care to your own participation throughout - as you will only get out of this what you put into it.

Do you feel ready and able to make these commitments?  

Can you anticipate anything that might get in the way of your full participation (knowing of course that we all have busy lives and other commitments, that these times are a lot, and that we can't predict everything!)
