IECHS COVID-19 Student Chromebook Request
If you have Internet access at your house but you do not have a device for your student to use, you may use this form to request a device.  Pitt County Schools will provide one device per household that meets this criteria on a first come, first served basis. Devices are limited, and PCS may not be able to provide a device to every household that requests one.

Please answer all of these questions for JUST ONE of the students in your household.  All PCS students in the home may use the device.

Before receiving a device the student's parent/guardian must sign a Student Device Agreement form.  

Parents must pick up the Chromebook at their student's school.

You will be asked to return the Chromebook when school is back in session.
