Set Up, Parking, Crafts, Etc. *
I agree to set up between 7:30 am to 9:30 am.  After unloading, I will park my car on the street or in the parking lot across the street unless I am disabled or have difficulty walking.  ***IF indoors, my set up will NOT include "pop ups" or any vertical displays exceeding 5 feet in height or that block more than 50% of other booths, unless approved by organizer.***  I understand that the craft faire is for original handmade crafts, handmade jewelry, and some collectibles (organizer might consider imports, retail or product sales).  Any food items are subject to approval by the organizer and must be made with a valid commercial or cottage food license.  No pets are allowed indoors except for ADA service animals.  I understand that I am responsible for collecting and reporting sales taxes (if applicable).  I understand the Early Bird registration deadline with payment is Oct. 4, 2023; and that there will be no refunds (except for rain) after Oct. 4, 2023 because the organizer has already paid for newspaper and other advertising by that date.  This is a rain or shine event, but if rain, organizer will try to bring outdoor crafters inside if space permits or will refund fees.  This information is current as of 8/4/2023.
