Consent to Permanent Soldering:
I consent to the permanent soldering of the specified bracelet onto my wrist. I understand that the soldering process involves heat and may pose some risks. I assume all risks associated with the soldering procedure and release Andrew Z Diamonds & Fine Jewelry and its employees from any liability related to the process.

I agree to indemnify and hold Andrew Z Diamonds & Fine Jewelry harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising from or related to the permanent soldering process and the bracelet.

Charm Policy

If a charm is lost or missing up to 30 days from purchase, there will be a small $25 resolder repair fee & 50% the cost of the charm replacement fee. If the chain is lost, we will replace it for a fee up to 30 days of purchase. The fee varies based on the original chain and value. Care Instructions 

1. To keep your jewelry looking its best, it may require cleaning from time to time. When cleaning your item use a drop of mild dish soap (Dawn -preferred) or facial cleanser, water, and a toothbrush.

2. Gently remove any debris using soft circular motions, thoroughly rinse, and pat dry. 

3. I agree to follow the care and maintenance instructions provided by Andrew Z Diamonds & Fine Jewelry to ensure the longevity of the bracelet. Any damage resulting from negligence or failure to follow the instructions is my responsibility.

1. The lifespan of your jewelry will depend on lifestyle, activity level, job and other external factors. One thing to remember, like with most jewelry is to avoid high levels of chlorine or chemicals that can deteriorate the structure of the gold or silver. Although Andrew Z Diamonds' chains are made from quality 14k solid gold & sterling silver, you should still be mindful of what perfume's, body lotions or sprays you are using. 

2. While our pieces are durable, they are not indestructible. Please use care and caution when wearing. The daintier the chain, the more fragile it is. 

3. Some medical procedures or MRI's may require you to remove your jewelry. If this is the case, we recommend using wire cutters at the weld spot on the jump ring. Don't worry about saving the jump ring, Andrew Z Diamonds will use a new jump ring and re-weld at no charge for our customers. 

4. Within the first 30 days we will adjust and size down your chain, for no charge. If you choose to add more links, there may be a weld fee. After 30 days, contact us at - info@andrewzdiamonds.com to verify we still carry the chain and receive a quote.
