Hello Grace members,
Thanks to COVID vaccines and the lifting of many restrictions on public gatherings, Grace Church is hopeful that we will be able to fully open our doors to our community again in the fall. We invite everyone to fill out this form in order to update the Church about any changes, be it new addresses, additions to your families, or anything else we may have missed while we have not been operating at full capacity. We also want to be sure we have name tags for everyone who plans to join us in person again!

In order to have time to update our records and order any new name tags before Rally Sunday on September 19th, we ask you to fill this out no later than August 1st, 2021. Thank you, and we hope to see everyone soon!
