SLU Participant Application

We believe the SLU experience can inspire, equip, and propel students into strong ownership of their faith, the pursuit of a life of servant leadership, and an all-in commitment to be who God has created them to be for His Kingdom purposes. This opportunity is available to any student in 8th-12th grade who has a desire to learn and grow!

There is limited space for this trip, and we hope to take a group of students with potential and commitment. Therefore, we are asking each student interested in going to Student Leadership University to fill out this form to the best of your ability. This is more like an interest form than an application: there are no wrong answers, so no need to stress out. This form is DUE by October 2nd. 

Make sure that you send the Adult Reference Form to your chosen adult. Choose an adult that is important to you, knows you well, and will give you an honest reference. Their form is also Due by October 2nd!
