After filling in this form, you will receive a sign-up confirmation and later you will receive an email confirming giving details about the activity. You need to sign up at least 6 hours before the activity (and will receive the details at the latest 2 hours before the start). Please fill it out once per activity!

The information in this Google Form will be deleted within 30 days after the activity you signed up for.
