This surveys aims to collect real-world usage of productive UI5-based apps in your company, enterprise and/or area of responsibility.

Completing the survey should take you a couple of minutes only, yet it will provide invaluable feedback for the UI5 community in general and to SAP specifically, as a real-world check of sorts.
