Fundraising Committee
The Fundraising Committee will be responsible for securing individual and corporate donations and plan fundraisers (in partnership with events committee) to ensure growth and sustainability of EveryMom Chicago. The committee will focus on financial and product donations with a goal of $10,000 in the inaugural year.
Events Committee
The Events Committee will be responsible for planning and executing EveryMom Chicago events including but not limited to: Wine and Kit nights, HPNC Tot Lot Events, corporate or organizational events. The committee will plan to host at least one fundraising event during its inaugural year.
Volunteer Committee
The Volunteer Committee will be responsible for the design and management of an EveryMom Chicago volunteer system. Tasks may include setting up an electronic system for storing and tracking volunteer info, communicating with volunteers about opportunities to help, writing thank you's to current volunteers, and ensuring we have enough volunteers for key events.
Communication and Outreach Committee
The Communications and Outreach Committee will be responsible for developing a quarterly Newsletter to be sent out to the EveryMom Chicago listserv, drafting templates for common requests and helping with the composure of weekly social media posts.
