Practising our negotiation skills has taken a major step forward with the opportunity to join online negotiation clubs and practice with other like-minded individuals in a safe and supportive arena.

Over the last few years we've been experimenting with the most effective way to provide the best environment to allow negotiation practice.

It started in 2018 with the concept of running your own in person clubs and a website to host them.

Quite frankly that turned out to be a true challenge ... practicing is one thing but running a club like that takes it to another level.

So we took it 'in house' and started to run those individual clubs in zoom on different days and different times for different groups.... this was an improvement but, alas, was not sustainable.

We continue to refine and look at options to deliver practice and will also be looking at the use of Zoom Events!

In effect there will be 2 days each month when the club will be hosted in a single Zoom (Zoom Conference in the future)

The future Zoom Events could provide the zoom 'space' to run more clubs or be a member of a different club.  It vastly reduces the administration for Club 'Owners' and provides a community where you can also organise practice with others, arrange friendly competitions and attend seminars from experts.
