Summer 2024 Registration
Beat the heat this summer with a mini-Session of Music Together® Mixed-Age Classes!

Class Dates:
Classes for the Summer "Mini" Session of Music Together Classes will be held twice per week on Mondays and Fridays. The dates included are: Friday July 12, Monday July 15, Friday July 19, Monday July 22, Friday July 26, Monday July 29, and Friday August 2. Families may choose the Class Pass that works best for their needs! Choose a Pass of 4, 5, 6, or 7 classes, and attend the classes on the days that work with your summer schedule.

Tuition: 
4 Class Pass: $88 ($22 per class)
5 Class Pass: $105 ($21 per class)
6 Class Pass: $120 ($20 per class)
7 Class Pass: $133 ($19 per class)

*The first sibling is $50, and any additional siblings are free. 
*Infant siblings eight months or younger on the first day of class are free with a registered sibling!
*Siblings 6 years and older who are home for summer break may also attend with their family for free. The songs and activities are developed with children 0-5 in mind, but can still be enjoyable for the family to do together. If you plan on bringing and older sibling, please let me know!
*This tuition includes your $25 registration fee! 

Registration Fee:
Families are asked to submit $25 at the time of registration to secure a spot in your preferred class. This $25 goes toward your total tuition cost! The remainder of your tuition is due by the first day of class.

Tuition and Payment Information
A $25 registration fee per family is due at the time of registration to secure your family's spot in class. This fee is included in your total tuition cost! The remainder of your tuition is due by the first day of class.

Tuition Rate:

4 Class Pass: $88 ($22 per class)
5 Class Pass: $105 ($21 per class)
6 Class Pass: $120 ($20 per class)
7 Class Pass: $133 ($19 per class)

You can always upgrade your pack and come to additional classes during the mini-Session. Just contact me directly so I can help set that up for you! However, no refunds or credits can be given if you attend fewer classes than you enrolled in.

Class time preference? (Families are asked to attend the same time class each week as much as possible, but I understand schedules with small children are constantly changing! If you need to attend a different class time, please contact me ahead of time!) *
Please list a second class time option below. If you are unable to make another class time work, please let me know that as well! All efforts will be made to place families in their preferred class time, but adjustments to class times or placement may be needed in the event of over-full classes or classes that do not meet sufficient enrollment. These decisions will be communicated to you as soon as possible! *
If you already know which class dates you will or will not be attending, please let me know that here! I know schedules may change, so giving a guess is absolutely fine-- it just helps for planning!
How did you hear about First Notes Music LLC? *
General Liability:  This agreement releases First Notes Music LLC from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during class. By checking "Yes" below, I agree to hold First Notes Music LLC entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for property damage or injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. 

I agree that any issue or injury I or my child(ren) incur during class is my responsibility, not First Notes Music or Elevate Dance Studio.
