Please complete this online registration form to register for the Middle School Girls Soccer team at FPA. (This digital format will be the equivalent of a paper registration.)

Games are generally on Mondays and Wednesdays. The schedule will be posted on FPA's sport website once it is finalized. Click this link (https://freedomprepathletics.com/events) to access the game calendar.

Signatures from both parents and student-athletes will be required to complete this form.

All 6th-8th grade girls are eligible to register for this team.

The fee for the season will be $85.
