Mortlach Saskatoon Berry Festival- June 15, 2024
Application Information
The deadline to apply for a vendor booth is May 25, 2024. Under certain circumstances we MAY accept applications after this date, which would incur a late fee.
We welcome ALL applications, but due to our policy of not duplicating businesses, your application may be added to a waiting list or declined.
Loyalty vendors, that attended the 2023 Berry Festival, have a guaranteed booth if both their application AND payment are received on or before March 31, 2024.
After March 31, 2024 loyalty vendor applications will still be accepted, but not guaranteed as it’ll be on a first come first served basis.
After submitting the form below please watch for an email from Google Docs confirming we've received your application. A second email from the Tradeshow Coordinator at
vendor.mortlachsbf@gmail.com
will be sent to either accept, decline or add you to a waiting list. If accepted you will be instructed on how to send payment. Your application is only complete once payment has been received.
Booth Fees & Deadlines
Vendor fee (10’x10’ booth): $50 on or before May 25, 2024
Late vendor fee (10’x10’): $75 after May 25, 2024
Booth fees must be paid in FULL prior to attending the event
Booth fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
Booth receipts will be handed out the day of the Festival
Other Notes
Trade show hours are from 9am-4pm
Vendor set up time is 7:30am-9am
Booths must be set up in the designated areas outlined by the Tradeshow Coordinator.
All vehicles and trailers, unless otherwise discussed, must be off the main street before 9am.
Displays must stay set up until 4pm. After this time you may bring your vehicle and/or trailer back to take down your display.
We ask that all vendors clean garbage in and around their booth area before leaving.
Booths are outside on the street, so please bring your own supplies to protect against varying weather. You must supply your own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
Anyone selling food or food products must comply with the relevant health regulations including cleanliness, proper food packaging/temperature and garbage management.
The Village of Mortlach and any volunteers working with the Saskatoon Berry Festival are not liable for any damages or injury that may occur during the Festival.
