Special Course: Exodus to Björkö                                          Registration Form

Welcome to join us in the Special Course in Björkö, Finland (15th - 18th of March,  2023)! 
Use this form to get registered. 

We will start on Wednesday 15th evening (dinnertime) and finish on Saturday 18th (lunchtime), March 2023.

Costs:
Food and lodging 15.-18.3.2023: 225 €
Course fee: 75 € until 1.1.2023 (= earlybird price), later 100 € (=normal price). 

Final date for registrations: 15 February 2023 OR whenever the maximum number of 16 participants is reached (in which case this form will be closed). 

Accommodation
Note: All the rooms are to be shared with 1-3 other participants. 

You can arrive earlier and stay longer. In this case, mention it in this form AND contact directly to the venue by email: merenkurkunmajatalo@gmail.com or Tel.  +358 50 448 6790. The extra nights and food will be charged separately at the venue. 

Transportation: 
Arrive to Vaasa train station. From there you will get a car ride to the course site. This is included in the accommodation price. 
*There are several trains (approx 4hrs) from Helsinki Airport to Vaasa (see https://www.vr.fi/en) 
*There is also an airport in Vaasa. 
*Wasaline ferries operate between Umeå (Sweden) and Vaasa (see https://www.wasaline.com/en/timetable/ ).
Please, take a taxi to the train station, in case you fly or take a ferry there. 

We ask you to pay course fee (75 euro, who has registered to cource before 1.1.2023, 100 euro, who has registered at year 2023) to Bibliodrama Association:

Each participant pay accomodation directly in Merenkurkun majatalo, payment you can do on the spot.
