Option 1 Basic upgrade of the village hall, estimated spend £135,000. All money to be raised.

Option 2 Renovate the village hall and build two storey rear extension, estimated spend £400,000, all money to be raised.

Option 3 Build a new Community Hall on the Parish Field near the playground. Part funded by building three small houses on the existing village hall site. Estimated spend £700,000 with a £450,000 shortfall to be raised.

Option 4 Amalgamate a new Community Hall with a new Cricket Club Pavilion on the border of the Parish Field and the Cricket Club.  Shared building part funded by construction of three small houses on the existing village hall site. Estimated spend £700,000 with a £450,000 shortfall to be raised.

Option 5 Build 3 new houses and a new Community Hall on the Parish field plus three small houses on the existing village hall site. Estimated spend £700,000 with no shortfall due to the estimated income from the construction of 6 new houses.
