This form has three sections, with the following questions on the second page:
Project Title
Tell us about your idea
When will your idea take place?
What is unique about your idea?
How does your idea offer something new to local audiences?
How does your idea meet the BFI Diversity standards?
Do you have any partnerships in place in order to deliver your idea?

The final section is the BFI FAN Monitoring Form. We capture information on the demographic profile of applicants, to help to assess if we’re achieving our aims. Data from this section of the form will not be included when assessing your funding application.
