This application works both for our Free Open House Week as well as fall registration. Please fill out a separate form for each child.

Location: 1164 N. Milwaukee Ave., Chicago IL 60642. This location is a few blocks from the 90/94 at Division and a block from the Division Blue Line. We will confirm everyone's registration after we confirm that there is room in the class for your child. As most classes only have 6-10 seats, we expect that some will sell out.
