Welcome to the Stall Holder Entry form for the Provincial Society's Stokes Bay rally, which will take place on Sunday 4th August 2024. 

Notes:
1. Sales must only be of transport-related items; no food or drink items are permitted to be sold.
2. Spaces will not be undercover, so please understand that you will need to plan accordingly. As we are on the coast, sometimes there can be a strong onshore wind, so please check the weather before the day of the rally and plan accordingly.
3. Please arrive on site no earlier than 0730hrs and be ready for business by 1000hrs. 
4. Please remain open for business until 1630hrs. You will need to be clear of the rally site by 1730hrs. 
5.  You will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of your stand and stock. Neither the event organiser nor the site owners can accept any responsibility. 
6. Stall are to be suitable insured, which includes Public Liability Cover
7.  Due to the insurance requirement, no sales will be permitted from vehicles. If you are kindly bringing a vehicle to the rally as well, the stall will need to be set up away from the vehicles. 
8. Charges are as follows. ALL STALLS £30.00. This fee is for a 12 foot stall. Each additional 12 foot will be an additional £20 charge. 
Early Bird: we are once again offering a reduced fee of £25 for the intial 12 foot stall frontage if your application form with a copy of PLI cover is sent and payment made by Friday 5th July 2024. This means that your stall will also be mentioned in the rally souvenir programme as well. All stallholder entries to be received by Sunday 28th July 2024. 

For payment there are three options:
(a) Cheques payable to "The Provincial Society" please. Please enquire at stallentries@provincialsociety.org for the address to send the form and cheque to.
(b) via PayPal to shop@provincialsociety.org

STALL REQUIREMENTS:

There is a payment system reflective of the size of your stall. There will be a flat fee for £30 for every stall of 12ft or less, with a further £20 required for each further 12ft required. 

Please note: stalls submitted before Friday 5th July will receive the Early Bird Discount of £25 for the first 12ft or less, whilst also being published in the programme and on the website.
