The honeymoon is over. Classes have started, students are digging into assignments, the first exam has been passed back, an internal research proposal is due, students have questions and issue, and there are requirements for tenure and promotion. How do you do it all? How do you do it well? How do you find balance between professional and personal responsibilities? What other issues do you have? All this and more is discussed and supported in the New Faculty Learning Community. The group meets once a month for two hours throughout the academic year. An action plan for success will be created and implemented - a faculty honorarium/ additional compensation award is available for participants who put their plan into action.
