Thank you for wanting to secure a spot on our SY 2022-2023 student roster! You are giving us impetus to create our class sections, organize our schedules, and prepare our teachers and programs for the next year of fun, hands-on learning.

"FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS" This form will serve as your ordinal proof of reservation.

TO SECURE A FULL YEAR ONLINE SLOT: 

1.  Fill in Google Form and submit. 
2.  Wait for an email for the confirmation of your slot. 
3.  Secure your slot by depositing the Reservation Fee of P25,000. 

The Reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable, but is fully deductible from your last payment.

ALL FUTURE PAYMENTS must be sent to payments@tla.ph.education

PLEASE DOWNLOAD desktop/phone application called, "TELEGRAM". TLAP will be using this to correspond with teachers and management for the whole school year.

REFUND POLICY - Please note that there is a strict Refund Policy we will follow. It is published in the TLAP Parents Handbook.
