SUN Club is a respite program that is planned care provided to a child with a diagnosis in order to provide temporary relief or a short break for family caregivers who are caring that that child. The SUN Club is open to Erie County children ages 4 to 18 with diagnoses and their siblings or any other children residing in their household. Currently, the SUN Club is held for one Saturday per month at The Chapel (Sandusky campus) for three hours.

If you would like to volunteer, we would love to have you join us once, or once every couple of months or even monthly! Please fill out the form below and our Respite Coordinator, Alyssa Puckrin, will contact you with additional information.
