This form is to request assistance with various technical issues that may be keeping you from fully participating in the teaching and learning occurring via Distance Learning.

Please note that for some issues, including hardware issues, you may need to bring the device in for in-person support.  In-person tech support is available Monday through Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM in the Welcome Center.
