是特別培訓教練,如何藉着伸展動作, 針對5個客人常見的痛症症狀:

🔥 頸和肩痛 Neck and Shoulder Pain
🔥 網球和高爾夫球肘 Tennis and Golfer's Elbow
🔥 下背痛 Lower Back Pain
🔥 膝痛 Knee Pain
🔥 足底筋膜炎 Planta Fasciitis

學習透過幫助客人伸展,令客人舒緩短期及長期的常見痛症

[課程教學重點]
📌 8小時理論及實習課程
📌 學習如何準確測試身體部位疼痛源頭及運動功能解剖
📌 80%課堂時間以實作學習為主
📌 學員分組即場練習應用
