Please note that any employment offered to you will be subject to satisfactory references and completion of our Safer Recruitment Checks.  Employment will be offered in good faith that the information given in the form is factual/correct.  Should this be found not to be the case, your offer may be rescinded or your employment terminated.

PRIVACY STATEMENT:  Data collected on this form will be used as part of the recruitment process and if you are a successful candidate will be retained as part of your contract of employment and for the purpose of processing and checking details of your DBS certification and safer recruitment procedures.  

For unsuccessful candidates, data collected on this form will be used only as part of the recruitment process and will be retained by Unique Voice for a minimum period of six months and maximum period of twelve months from the appointment of a successful applicant.  If you are not successful for the position applied for but you may be thought suitable for future / alternative posts, Unique Voice may contact you and request your consent for your data to be retained for an additional period.   Collection and processing of data is carried out in accordance with the Unique Voice GDPR Policy and Privacy Statement, a copy of which is available on our website or by request from the Unique Voice Head Office.
