The Google Career Certificate Scholarship provided by the Florida Foreign Trade Association and its partners is offered to individuals who seek to advance their career to access in-demand jobs through education and training. Prospective recipients are also disadvantaged individuals, minorities currently unemployed or seeking a career change and a living wage.

Funding provided through the Google Certificate Scholarship Program is subjected to the recipient’s compliance with the terms and conditions outlined below, failure to do so will result in the cancellation of scholarship provided: 1) The recipient must enroll in the desired certificate program in a period of 2 weeks of receipt of scholarship. 2) Completion of the certificate must be achieved in a period of 4 months to 6 months in order to be eligible to additional certificates scholarship. 3) The recipient’s progress will be monitored by a FFTA staff member.

Upon completion of the certificate program, the recipient must provide a summary of learned outcomes and a proposed career plan of action detailing how the earned certificate will enrich the recipient’s future career decisions and job advancement.
