2021 - 2022 Membership Form

Welcome to the Mothers’ Group of Manhasset! We are delighted to have you join us. Please fill out the form below to sign up, even if you have provided this information in the past. Many of our records are out of date after 18+ months of COVID and we are requesting all members, new and old, provide updated information. Everyone will receive a Membership Directory in the late fall. In the form below you will have the option of selecting certain information you would not like shared if you prefer.

Please note that Membership for the Mothers’ Group of Manhasset runs concurrent to the school calendar, from September through June. All activities fall within this timeframe as we formally break for the summer.

2021 - 2022 Annual Dues

The membership fee is $65 per family for Sept-June, or $35 if someone joins after January 2022. This year we are offering a discount for early sign-up: if you sign up before our Kick-Off Event (September 23, 2021) the fee is $55 for the year.
